3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 reebtogi (3267) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - APR 18, 2012
650ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a finger of white head that leaves some thin spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild citrus and flowers with mild toasty malts. Taste is moderate hop bitterness with a light malt sweetness underneath. Medium body with some decent carbonation. Overall, an average IPA that is fairly easy to drink and a good place for those interested in this style to start with.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Lagerboy (670) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 15, 2012
Unclear amber orange, big creamy off white head lasts. Mild hoppy aroma. Medium bitter hop taste dominates, soft malt background. Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Light bitter citrus finish. Basic. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

crisp hops, and Great colour. Aroma is a bit thin for an ipa. As it warms the malts come on more and it is less initial hoppyness, there is always a pleasant hop on the back end, but it may be a bit too much for some. Not a bad go-to thirst quencher, if can get it at the beer store.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JHunter (629) - British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 24, 2012
Pours a cloudy golden colour with a slim head. aroma is floral hops with a light citrus / orange. flavour is balance with sweet malts and not overly but distinct hoppy finish
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 sulawang (408) - British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 7, 2012
pours golden orange, thick sizable head, foamy retention, micro CO2, many CO2 streams. Tangerine and hops on the nose. Silky mouthfeel, creamy medium bitter orange up front, 5/10 sweetness, long lingering off-dry ipa finish. Medium complexity, medium depth, long length, decent carry. Similar flavour profile to Torpedo extra ipa but not as citrus fragrant or deep.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 gramity (1056) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 4, 2011
Poured a clouded copper-orange with a big white head. Nose of bitter hops and weak malts. Overall, the beer is unspectacular, especially compared to its label and name.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 11/20 Crel (37) - Regina, Saskatchewan, CANADA - OCT 27, 2011
Citrusy hops aroma, with thin long lasting white head. Beer is cloudy and orange in color. Good hops bitterness, but not overwhelming. Not a terribly complex beer however as it offers little flavour beyond the citrus hops. Great smooth and silky mouthfeel with good body. Overall a good beginner IPA for introducing someone to the style.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Aubrey (3347) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - AUG 2, 2011
With only 45 IBUs, I find it funny how the label describes it as having an "aggressive hop bitterness" that "is not for the faint of the tongue." But who knows, maybe Canadians consider it aggressive. Regardless, it’s a pleasant pale ale, er, I mean "IPA," with a moderate bitterness. Overall, I find it way too malt forward, even if you give it an English-style IPA designation. Notes of toasted bread and sweet caramel. Has a disturbing off-flavor that tastes like a combo of metal, iron and blood. Hops provide subtle floral and citrus aromas and a grassy bitterness. Other than the off-flavor, which is hard to ignore, it’s an OK beer.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Sammy (7040) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 31, 2011
One of the more enjoyable beers I had in my B.C. trip. Only 45 BU but a nice bitterness, like a 1.5X IPa, and very smooth. Golden copper with a nice head, and good lacing. Orange aroma. Orange taste, and some peach, good drinkability.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 gorditoabd (557) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 20, 2011
Bomber from bottle shop. Pours murky yellow trending toward orange. Aroma is lager bucking for IPA. Not real IPA. Taste also is sweet, and funky, and bitter at the end, but this is NOT an IPA. Disappointing, to say the least.
