COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

From tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Pours clear and deep golden dark brown with a creamy, light tan and dense head. Aroma is breadish, roasted and light yeasty. Quite yeasty to phenolic initial flavour. Dark breadish and towards hardroasted malt flavour following. Rather dry and into a bitter finish. Rather phenolic touch into the far finish.

Beer #4000. Happy that you are back Martin!!!!!!! in pasltic-cup at Vinspecialisten Randers at Randers Ugen (City-festival). Creamy off-white excellent (maybe due to the plastic-cup!) fully lasting head. Brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Toast and roast. Heavy malty flavor. Strong chocolate notes. Almost a schwartzbier. Average moderate bitter nice finish. OIly palate. Great dunkel.
