Bottled. An unclear light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has strong notes of wheat and medium notes of lemon. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, and hints of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Boring.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy and almost opaque yellow with a dense white head. The nose has sweet fruit and lots of yeast. Medium body, sweet fruits, vitamins and lots of yeast. Not that phenollic. Ends dry. A rather decent Hefe. 010910

Sweet aroma of caramel, bananas, spices and cloves.
Sweet flavour of caramel, fruits and bananas with notes of cloves.
Spicy finish.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. The aroma has a good dash of the expected banana, in addition to cloves, wheat and a touch of lemon. Some of that coriander and orange too. The flavor is more on the hefeweizen side, leaving less room for the Belgian influence. Medium body, a bit low on carbonation. Quite wheaty in the end. Not super-good, but it drinks easily and tastes decent. The Belgian ingredients adds a nice twist. 110406
