Commercial Description:
A full and very heavy hopped beer. The american hops Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Amarillo and Cascade is frequently used in this powerful brew. The smooth maltflavour and heavy hopsflavour make this beer perfect for hopheads.

Deep orange-amber in colour, thin but lasting beige coloured head, excellent lacing. The aroma is very hoppy, grapefruit and orange citrus, quite sweet with lots of tropical fruit. The flavour is very rich and chewy, caramel sweetness, some toffee, lots of fruit, very juicy. Moderately bitter mouthfeel, large body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes very long, very hoppy and quite sweet.

This was quite fun to drink. It was very well made, so big, rich and chewy. Fantastic. I’m really liking the ";softness"; of the European IIPA’s.

600ml bottle obtained in a trade with MPA, thanks Mads Peter.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber/brown with a small, creamy beige head. Sweet candy hop aroma with citrus and faint spice notes and a creamy touch to top it off. This is really great. Flavour is sweetish with hops, malt, and fruity and slightly spicy notes. Faint metallic notes as well. Finish is a mix of fruity and bitter liquorice notes and lingering bitter and apple notes. Creamy palate. A really nice beer. 21-06-08.

Bottle from pepsican - thanks! This one has a pretty darker amber color with an aroma of sweet and earthy hops. Flavor is sweet, citrusy, herbal/earthy, and pretty smooth. Shows very little of its 10% ABV. Not bad at all, a bit different than most U.S. DIPAs. Lacks the "wow" quality to set it apart.

Cloudy amber/brown pour with a thin white head. Aroma is strong malt and a bit of hops. Flavor is earthy hops, toasted malt, burnt toast, peanuts, sweet caramel. Finishes slightly bitter.
