English: This is our interpretation of the classic beer style. Light and clear color with a white head. Brewed with pilsner malt and the Czech Saazer hop. More bitter than a traditional Danish pilsner because of the use of more hops, but with a pleasant and balanced finish. Pilsner is suitable for light meat dishes, like chicken, pork and fish. Is also well suited for the traditional Danish lunch table of course.

330 ml bottle. Rated @ 23.2.2010.
Slightly hazy yellow colour with a nicely lasting white head. Hops and malts on the nose with bread notes. The flavour is fairly hoppy with malts in balance. Light/medium bodied with lively carbonation. Dry hoppy finish. Probably the best Pilsener I’ve tasted so far.
