Glimrende stout - alle de sædvanlige kvaliteter - i moderate mængder. En letdrikkelig sag - eller også var jeg bare meget tørstig...
harrisoni (5382), Ashford, Kent, England
Oct 6, 2008 On tap at EBF 08. Black, some ruby brown hints. Thick lasting beige head. Pleasant roasted aroma, very good fruit, blackcurrant. Decent dryness on finish. That’s a gorgeous stout. Tad of charcoal, full in mouth. Best straight stout of the festival so far. Slight smoke, full and tasty.
tarjei (1300), Bryne, Norway
Sep 29, 2008 Bottle at EBF 2008, Copenhagen. Dark brown, almost black color. Tan/light brown head. Aroma is dark fruit and roasted malt. Flavor is a nice balance between roasted malt, hops and fruit.
KimJohansen (4299), Copenhagen V, Denmark
Sep 14, 2008 Dark brown with large beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, coffee and chocolate notes. Flavour likewise that ends sweet. Body is thin.
Defreni (519), Frederiksberg, Denmark
Sep 11, 2008 Flaske. Flot sort øl med et fornemt skum. Meget ristet duft som klart er en stout værdig. Smagen er faktisk ret præcist beskrevet bag på flaske. Tørhumlingen kan svagt anes men er ikke gjort kraftig nok, og mundfylden er en anelse tynd, ellers ville denne øl have fået top karakterer.

Jun 2, 2008 Black of color with a brown head. An aroma with notes of roasted malt, smoke and liqurice. A flavor with notes of smoke, roasted malt, coffee and liqurice.
