This ale is made from Vienna and two-row pale malts. Each batch of this beer is slowly steeped through the whole cones of Cascade and Saaz hops as it flows from the kettle to the fermentor. This process gives the beer a rich hop aroma which will transport you to the hop harvest. Indulge yourself in the brewed essence of summer, hops and malt.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2003 Tried this at OBF 2002. Really came off as a weak beer. Maybe it's just the style, I don't drink a lot of pale. Somewhat lacking in taste. I'll have to hit it up at the brewpub sometime, maybe it's better there. Rerate at brewpub: A little better. Really just a stepping stone beer to get swill drinkers to convert. I give them respect for this.
