Our India Pale Ale is hoppy and bitter with a nice sweet malt finish. Slow dry-hop conditioning brings out the herbal hop aromas. 5.8% abv, 65 IBU, 14.8 OG, 4 FG

Clear golden color, white head with lacing. Hoppy, bitter, grainy taste. Bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, high bitterness. Malty, herbal scent.

On tap @ Cascade Barrel House. Golden orange beer with white foam. Floral and grassy, but kind of a sweet honey and grainy malt profile as well. There’s a mild bitterness to the flavor and a lot of sweet grain, popcorn, and read. Kind of grassy, I guess. Not a whole lot of hop character and not a particularly good malt profile either.

On tap at the barrel house pours light Amber, translucent. Minimal head or lacing. Faint toasted malt, light pine and bitterness. Pretty much a weak ipa prob for the faint of hearted that are thrust themselves into the house of sour with no regard for their souls. Watery.

"I was surprised by the high quality of cascades non sours, but this iPa was pretty standard. Didn’t do anything wrong, just didn’t do anything at all to stand out. Moderate bitter and citrus, with mild herbals.

At Cascade brewpub wih Taylor, Stephen, and Dina. Pours neon orange with thin layer of white head. Aroma is fruity and earthy hops, grassy barley. Taste is earthy hops with nice raw barley malt backbone as the main note. I like the Czech Bret notes. Very drinkable and would love it.
