3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pungent piney hop aroma with a tinge of hay. Clear golden pour with creamy thick white head. Hops dominate, displaying more bitterness than flavor; a dankness lingers. Light and crisp. An interesting IPA but probably not worth having again.

Tap... Poured clear, amber/orange with a white head, nice lacing. Biscuity, floral nose. Came off more like a Northeast/British IPA. Mild hop bitterness, but mostly malt driven with caramel flavors and a hoppy finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft @ Raccoon Lodge. Pours a bright, mostly clear honey-copper color; off-white head with mixed-bubbled lacing. Basic English, earthy and fruity hop bitterness in the aroma; crisp; no astringency. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: chewy British hop character showing lots of earthiness and floral / fruity character; again, effectively non-existent astringency; crisp, juicy, and very drinkable. Lengthy finish: earthy bitterness, toasty, and biscuity malts; dry and crisp.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draft at brewpub. Arrives a clear amber color with a small whitish head that leaves spotty lace. Somewhat fruity and caramel malt aroma, with floral hoppiness and a bit of orange. Flavor has the straight forward IPA character, toasty malts with caramel notes, bold hoppiness of the floral, spicy herb and subtle evergreen variety, leaving an astringent, almost peppery finish. Light to medium body and assertively tingly carbonation. Pretty good overall.
