Aroma of fresh raspberries and a hint of wheat perhaps. Pours a reddish orange color. Nice fresh tart raspberry flavors combine with a very light wheat malt. Tart quenching finish. Super fresh. Ron makes great fruit beer.

Draft at Raccoon Lodge. Pours a a hazy pale reddish color with a small white head. Has a sweet fruity raspberry aroma. Sweetish slighlty tart raspberry flavor. Has a sweetish and a little tart raspberry finish.

Draft at the brewery. Cloudy light golden amber with a modest tan head. Nice floral raspberry notes, very fruity and natural smelling--no juice concentrate notes or any of that business you sometimes fear with session fruit beers. Creamy medium body with assertive, pleasant carb and a bit of pleasing grain on the tongue. Definite wheat, grain, and raspberry notes on the mid-palate. Refreshing, drinkable, clean, and straightforward. You can drink this one as fast as you want, or as long as you want, but probably not both. Nice stuff.

Draft @ Raccoon Lodge. Pours a slightlyl hazy, honey-orange color; creamy white head with great retention and fine-bubbled lacing; great pour. Lightest fruit tartness in the aroma; red berries, light wheat huskiness; crisp overall. Medium mouthfeel: a bit syrupy and sweet, and not quite following through with the authentic fruit character in the nose; still, raspberry syrup, light wheat, creamy in the mouth; drinkable, if a touch syrupy. Better than most fruit wheats. Medium finish: red fruits and light wheatiness; balanced ending.

On tap at Raccoon Lodge. Pours a cloudy pink/orange with a lacy white head. Lightly sour raspberry wheat aroma. Light body and carbonation. The taste reminded me of rhubarb, but in a good way. Crisp, clean finish. I figured I’d try this beer just to get the rating, but was really surprised to find a raspberry beer that didn’t suck. It was actually pretty tasty!

Strong raspberry aroma. Clear, deep Cherry 7-Up color with a pinkish head. Thinnish body with fizzy carbonation. Flavor is raspberry, followed by wheat, finishing with a little raspberry seed bitter. Clean and refreshing. Likely one of the "better" raspberry concoctions.

On tap at the OBF 2007. Tart in the finish, not an overly sweet fruit beer. Light wheat flavor compliments this refreshing summer brew.
