On tap at the Raccoon Lodge--Poured a deep hazy copper-golden. Fluffy, dissipating lumpy, foamy almond-colored head. Nose of sour apples and oak. Smooth, tart, and floral flaovr. Dry, astringent finish. Lingering mild sourness and bitterness. Super unique beer. Very good!

Draft at the brewpub. Suggested by bar staff. Floral hop aroma. Amber tinged gold color with a creamy, laceing white head. Medium body with very smooth carbonation. Flavor is slight citric sour with roasted caramel, and pleasant floral hop over all. Finish is very interesting. Treats the palate nicely. A pretty good brew.
