| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 8, 2009 Poured from 500ml bottle into dimpled mug.
Aroma - Hops is the predominant aroma. Notes of grass and hay.
Appearance - Straw golden in color. Crystal clear with quickly diminishing 1 finger white head.
Flavor - Light malt at first followed immediately by sharp, somewhat bitter hops.
Palate - Light and bubbly on the tongue. Finishes very dry and clean.
Overall - While it’s not as good as a Pils poured in Germany, this is an excellent example of the style. Crisp, clean and malty. At $3.29\bottle this is highly recommended.
