Bottled. A golden yellow beer with a good frothy white head. Aroma is malty and grainy. Taste is malty and moderately sweet. Low to medium bitterness. Soft carbonation

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this beer. It is a very crisp and sharp pilsner. It has a lot of character. Very drinkable.

I’m surprised this beer is getting such bad ratings on here. We’re not a big on German pilsners either, but for the style, this one is quite good. Creamy, smooth, and lacking of the metallic element most pilsners have, I actually enjoyed this beer quite a bit.

I joined just to warn people that this stuff is crap! There is nothing to write home about this swill. I would walk across the street just to avoid it.

12oz bottle courtesy of my brother and his wife. Pours a crystal clear yellow gold with a long lasting but small pure white head. A nice looking beer. Grassy hop aroma with light cereal grain. Soapy bitterness up front gives way to a lightly bitter finish and a nice lingering taste of german pretzels. Not bad really but far from my favorite style. Pretty much your classic german pils.

(draught - Soulard Oktoberfest) pale gold with white head. Mild hops aroma. Fairly crisp pilsner with grassy hops.

Thin pale straw in colour, aroma of sweetish grainy malts and a hopy dry bitterness in the finish. Ok thats all.

Bottle. Pour flourescent-urine yellow. Looks artificial. Smell is of wet dog, skunk and some malt sweetness. Watery and bland. Bitterness is very harsh and unpleasant. Rancid.
