Radeberger Pilsner

Draft. Served in an inverted conical glass, with the Radeberger brand on it. Neat in a way. Too bad the place frosted and froze the damn glass! As you could further extrapolate, the beer was ice cold at first, so I took my time with it, letting it get to a semi-appropriate temperature. Nice bright gold color, very clear (although at first it was hard to tell with the frosting of the glass). No head but it was poured that way - it hinted at producing a creaminess and left a pretty respectable lacing. Aroma was mainly hoppy: lemony and herbal. Then there was a little buttered bread behind that, with touches of corn. Flavor was also hop dominated with a lightly herbal kick followed by a long lemon rind bitterness. Palate was very light, the malts were lean but clean. Fair enough pilsner for sure.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with hints of caramel. Sweet flavour with malty and caramel notes. Ends sweet.

Very pale blond color. Medium head. Fine Pilsner aroma, but taste was only average. Thin body as expected in this type.

Bottle--A straightforward pilsner. Reminds of a beer you get at a German restaurant on the north side of Chicago. The beer left nice lacing and a medium head throughout the drink. The aroma was mostly grain with a slight hop. The taste was the same with a bitter finish. Produce place 1.49

Golden pour, nice head, satisfyingly sweet aroma, malty and bitter taste, a nice beer.

12oz bottle. Skunky aroma of some ordinary swill. Gold body with average head. Flavor is a crisp bitterness thought out. Very light drinkable brew. Moderate dry graniy aftertaste on finish.

A pretty good malty aroma. This is pretty easy drinking. Not too malty, crisp. A bit dry in the finish. Overall a tasty brew.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a big quickly dissipating head. Very light malty aroma. Flavour is sweet and malty with some bitterness. Quite good german pilsener.
