May 21, 2008 A clear golden color with a thick head with major lacing. Smells grassy and a bit sour. Grassy taste to start turns to hopp bitterness.I guessed it to be light but it had a good body to it with light carbonation. Not a bad beer but I wont be looking for it again.

May 19, 2008 Draught. Golden yellow with long lasting white head. Nice hoppy aroma with some malt as well. good body and as well malts as hopps in the taste. A really good pilsener.

May 13, 2008 Pours a nice light golden yellow. Aromas of hops, grass, and maybe malt. Taste is crisp with a nice mellow hop flavor.

May 10, 2008 Pours pale golden with a decent head that reduces to a fine lasting lace. Aromas of citrus and herbs. Full nectar with good carbonation. Malty and finely bittered. This is a classic specimen with a long fruity finish.

Apr 26, 2008 Bottle at The Ship & Mitre pub beer festival, Liverpool. Pale gold, thin white head. Bit of lager hops on aroma. Rather a good crisp finish, bit of lemon. It’s a pretty good pils. Crisp, refreshing and drinkable. Does what a pils should do with enough on finish to give it character.

Apr 25, 2008 Pours a clear gold with a white head. The aroma is very mildly hoppy. The straw malt is there, but a little thin and watery. The better pilsners tend to be malty in their own way and this one isn’t.
