Jul 4, 2007 Pours a very plain yellow color, with a thick but quickly dissipating white head. Smells slightly spicy. Taste is also slightly spicy, but also sort of sour in the finish. There’s some hop presence, maybe a little bit towards the pine end of the spectrum. It has reasonably low carbonation.

Jun 17, 2007 Yellow/gold, pillow white head. Nose is crispy hops, lightly toasted malt. Flavor is light toasty malt, slight biscuit, some lemon, Fruit grows in the finish.

Jun 13, 2007 Bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Poured a clear pale color with a moderate frothy white head that mostly lasted and had fair lacing. Moderate hoppy grainy aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet hoppy flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration. This beer did not meet my expectations.

May 15, 2007 lots of grain, and gassiness in the nose. color is a nice bright golden yellow. quickly dissipating white head. good retention on the glass. nice carbonation, very crisp, your typical pils. Seems to be well made. a good effort.
