2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 nick76 (3461) - Tampa, Florida, USA - MAR 12, 2008
The aroma is euro malt and hops that smell like grain husks and grass. The appearance is golden with a decent head that leaves a little lace. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is typical for the style. This beer is OK but nothing more.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Delirium (563) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 9, 2008
UPDATED: MAR 10, 2008 Draught. Pours typical pilsener yellow/gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is grassy with a bit of pilsener hops. Flavor is smooth, understated malt body with a little grassiness and hops. Not bad, though not too interesting either.

500 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow with two fingers of white head. Odor of grass. Nice, crisp, and refreshing pilsner, with a soft bitter aftertaste. Not too sweet, not bad at all.

a good german pilsener good with a meal or a nice summer day. I thought a crisp clean taste.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 MontereyJimbo (79) - Monterey, California, USA - MAR 3, 2008
Bitter-Good bitter, lots of hops and none of that burnt malt crap. No skunk, pleasant hoppy nose, a very solid pilsener from the area where this type of beer was invented.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 JK (3400) - Uptown, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 2, 2008
Bottled. A solid pilsner, marginally better than average. Bright gold, low carbonation for the style, and a thick white head. Mild hops, some bitterness, and the standard German pilsner flavor. Just a little dry.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 jehoey (765) - Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 26, 2008
Sampled in Trier, Germany: Aroma is of cereal malts with hops in the background. Poured translucent golden, with a white head the stayed on top of the beer throughout drinking. Flavor is a bit malty and medium dry, not as dry and crisp as a Bitburger, and definitely less hop flavor. Light body. Alright.

Pours light golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of herbal noble hops. Tastes of bready munich, cookie, herbal and lightly resinous noble hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, moderately bitter with lively carbonation. Enjoyable and easy drinking Pils.
