Suttree (2702), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jul 25, 2009 Dark yellow, thin white head. Grainy, slightly toasty aroma. Flavor is mildly sweet, winey, then a dryish, grassy finish. Not complicated, but tasty and easy to drink. Cole (266), , Alberta, Canada Jul 22, 2009 Clear pale yellow colour. Nice head. Sweet malty aroma. Flavour is malty and slightly citrus with a bitter finish. Very light and and refreshinf nice pilsner style. Very drinkable, very affordable. Pwn3d (1036), Manhattan, New York, USA Jul 20, 2009 Stein. Pours yellow looks bubbly. Clean and crisp flavor and a bit of careal and grain. MrRoss (614), Delta, British Columbia, Canada Jul 17, 2009 Comes in a gorgeously labelled can - who has better looking beer cans than Germany? Poured a nice medium gold, lots of carbonation, and a good-sized foamy white head. Aroma was clearly hops and the taste was also hops. Clean, crisp and refreshing to drink. KyotoLefty (1371), Kyoto, Japan Jul 16, 2009 Golden with a tall head. Average-looking. Soft, biscuity malt aroma with a bit of piny, citrus hops and some cardboard. Crisp, clean, slightly fruity flavor. Light, with a bit of biscuity sweetness and a hard hop finish. Too much cardboard al the way through is annoying, though. Clean hoppiness is nice. Much better as it warmed and opened up, though still rather unimpressive. rmussman (905), California, USA Jul 1, 2009 An average european pilsner. A decent amount of head, crisp and refreshing. sneagrams3 (1704), St. Louis, Missouri, USA Jun 24, 2009 Tasted 6/24/09. 500ml bottle. Filtered with a golden hue. Spiraling white head. Aromas of cereal grains and sweetgrass. Touch toast and caramel. Crisp nose. Light to medium bodied with a crisp effervescence. Lightly roasted malts and a dry finish. This is satisfying and leaves a faint cloying sticky finish. Faintly grassy. This is straight up! True to style and refreshing. drfabulous (1212), Columbia, Missouri, USA Jun 24, 2009 Distributor rep went on and on about this one. Apprently it is a big seller in Europe. I found it to be fairly basic. A pilsner. That’s about it.
