On tap at the brewpub: Grassy, lightly citric and flowery (rose) hop aroma with evident pilsner malt sweetness. Hemp-like hop taste, with a slight fruitiness and a lingering bitterness. Soft carbonation. A dry and bitter hoppy, true-to-style north german Pilsener.

At home from fresh bottle/best before a few days from the brewpub. It’s a slightly hazy golden beer with a creamy head. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of newly harvested grain, butterscotch, malt and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of straw, grain, light citrus, malt and caramel and it ends on an aromatic and hoppy-bitter note.
