Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, straw, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (060908)

Sampled draught Berliner Bier-Festival.
Golden colour, clear with small, creamy head. Dry, bready and grassy with firm maltiness and a bitterness that sets in early. Perhaps not as crisp as I like my pils, and the bitter finish is kind of sharp, but it's still a good one.

Draught. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The aroma is slightly citric. Fruity and malty flavour. Medium to high bitterness. Very clean and nice.

At home from fresh bottle/best before a few days from the brewpub. It’s a slightly hazy golden beer with a creamy head. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of newly harvested grain, butterscotch, malt and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of straw, grain, light citrus, malt and caramel and it ends on an aromatic and hoppy-bitter note.

Recht hopfiger Antrunk, angenehm, sehr aromatsich. Hefig bleibend, leicht grasig. Aromatisch hopfig und vollmundig, zum Ende hin mit leichter aber ausreichender Bitternote. Gut!

Draught. Low but lasting creamy white head. Hazy yellow green body. Mild weak malty aroma. Malty dry hops bitteress flavor. High carbonation and a long bitter aftertaste.

Draught. Hazy golden coloured with a greensih shine. Very different pilsener. Big spicy and herbal aroma. Especially rosemary. Notes of barnyard. Hoppy and herbal flavour with a very bitter finish. The bitterness lingers. Very good.

[9/30/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Draught at the brewpub in Finsterwalde. Menu says 4.8%-5.2%. Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma of slightly vegetal yeast, a bit of bread and noble hops. Sweetish flavor with a bit of bread and yeast and a pleasant bitter, hoppy, somewhat grassy finish. Light-medium-bodied. Tasty and refreshing.

Draught: Poured a orange yellow with hazyness. The aroma is a citrus fruit. Taste is a ripe harsh citrus harvest, hops smash the taste buds.
