COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Gold to light amber color, with medium sized head. Mild aroma of malt and cereals, a bit breadish. The malt flavor is quite good, with tones of caramel and cereals; there is light residual sweetness; quite strong bitterness. Pleasant malty beer.

Bottled, thanks Papsoe! Hazy golden, creamu head. Fruity pineapple aroma with tin and resin behind. Dryish with some syrup. Grassy hops interact with slight lactic tartness to a metallic sensation. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Doughy malt becomes more evident as the carbonation settles. With some CO2 out of the way, the beer also softens, the resin and metal fades and more pleasant flavours opens up. Salty grassy finish with some canned pineapple.

Hazy amber color, small off-white head. Grassy, woody aroma with fruity notes. Medium-bodied. Woody, vegetably, grassy bitterness. Light note of cardboard. Probably better when really fresh.
