Sep 2, 2007 Tasted on tap at the 10th Annual Bistro IPA Festival. This IPA pours a light orange gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is orange, citrusy and a touch floral. A medium bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, touch of orange. The hops are floral and grapefruity and floral. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

May 12, 2007 Draft at NorCal Brewers Guild Festival at Raley Field. Gold amber color with a hint of white head. Citrus hop aroma. Light citrus hop flavor. Medium mouthfeel. Light malt balanced the finish. It was really tasty.
