morrdt (546), Jacksonville, Florida, USA Jul 1, 2008 Sampled at the 2008 Folio Weekly Beer Festival in Jacksonville, FL. Draft. Pours a dark amber color with a light tan head. Aroma is a bit of malt and a touch of grass. Flavor is similar, it doesn’t follow the usual rules of an amber. Decent to drink, nonetheless. jeremytoni (571), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA Mar 6, 2008 From the tap poured amber with a fair amount of head. Nice flavor with a solid finish. Immy (1559), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA Sep 29, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Dark amber with a tan head. Solid malt nose with a lightly nutty herbal hop note. Flavors follows the nose, and adds a bit of biscuit. Does not seem to really be an amber, but a pretty good brew whatever you call it. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: Nov 25, 2007Date: 08/23/2003

Retorp (2158), Tampa, Florida, USA Jun 16, 2007 Light malt aroma with a low citrus hop presence. Dark amber/brown in color with a tan head. Biscuit accented malt fore with a decent hop bitterness. Toasty and bready it comes off more as an English pale Ale then an amber ale.
