(Cask at Flying Saucer on the Lake beerfeAst) cloudy pinkish in color with fine off white bubles. Nose of hibiscus, strawberry, fresh and refreshing. Taste is wheaty, a bit thin but so refreshing so I appreciated this, light strawberry and hibiscus. A nice summer treat and an improvement over the original.

On cask at the Flying Saucer Garland BeerFeäst. Poured a cloudy amber, frothy white top and lacing. Void of taste: faint Hibiscus, watered down strawberry, light wheat. Watery palate. meh

Poured out of firkin keg. Pours a dark, murky red with pinkish head. Aroma is very nice, notes of strawberry, tea and wheat. Flavor is much the same with a nice, light tartness with some sweetness. Mouthfeel is soft, medium body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, a very nice brew, hope they make it again!
