Pours a clear golden amber brew with a creamy off-white head that has some good retention and good lacing that stays with the glass throughout. Aroma of light caramel malt some sour milk and cheese curds, grassy hops and a touch of dry herbs. Taste is light to medium bodied, light carbonation with a good balance of dry caramel malt and grassy hops. Finish is semi-dry, mild bitterness that quickly disappears during the finish.
