Commercial Description:
This beer is brilliant amber in color, smooth drinking and slightly sweet and malty. It finishes very clean with a modest use of spicy British hops.

Draft at brewpub. Light amber in color, creamy off-white head yielding earthy/floral aroma over caramel malt. Flavor well balanced between caramel/light malts and tasty Engish hops. Medium palate, light carbonation, clean finish. Very solid British Pale.

On tap at the brewpub. Very nice- malty and hoppy, orange in color with white fluffy head. Some tartness at the end, but overall very nice balance.

On tap at the brewpub. A large off white head topped a lightly hazy medium amber body. The aroma was light oranges with some biscuits and flowers. The taste was light orange peels with some bread crust. A decent session brew.

On draught at the brewpub in Marinette, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber brew with a creamy off-white head that has some good retention and good lacing that stays with the glass throughout. Aroma of light caramel malt some sour milk and cheese curds, grassy hops and a touch of dry herbs. Taste is light to medium bodied, light carbonation with a good balance of dry caramel malt and grassy hops. Finish is semi-dry, mild bitterness that quickly disappears during the finish.

Dark golden color with a lasting off-white head. Interesting grain, crystal malt, and olive oil scents. Light dry caramel flavors with earthy english hops. Not as clean, but actually quite close to style.
