Jul 2, 2008 On tap at the brew pub. Very light yellow, almost like a wit / Blue Moon. This was a bit of a clunker, sorry. Some lemon up-front, and lemon at the end, but not much else that you’d typically taste in a wheat beer (bubble gum, banana, clove, etc.) Body and flavor more like a Kolsch.

Jul 2, 2007 On tap at the brewpub, this beer pours a semi-hazy golden pale blonde brew with an average off-white head. Spotty lacing after the dissolve. Aroma is light wheat with some coriander spice, and yeast. Taste is smooth, creamy and sweet with character of banana esters and some noble hop bitterness. Finish is sweet, light and a touch of orange aftertaste.
