3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a very large amount of foamy off-white head. Medium amber colour. Ok lacing. Aroma of various malts and hops, grainy. Pretty strong hoppy taste with the usual citrus flavours standing out. Pretty good stuff.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
A nice IPA that is aromatic and hop forward. Not over the top and in your face with hop bitterness. In fact has a nice hop bite with true citrus bitterness.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours clear honey gold with a big fluffy white head. Citrus nose, with sweet grass and hay notes. Flavour is has some nice bitter rounded notes. Very light body. Palate is overtly simple. Mildly citric and piney hops, sitting on top of a cheerio cereal scented bulk. But the overall finish is very grainy and unclean.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Unfiltered orange in appearance with a medium white head that leaves little lacing behind.
Aromas are of oranges soaked in caramel.
Tastes are similar. A decent balance of caramel malts and citrus hops, but unfortunately both are lackluster, and fail to pop in the nose or on the palate.
This came as part of the Railway City Holiday Gift Pack, but Iíd never buy it again as an individual beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
473 ml can from the LCBO.
Appearance: Pours a
clear light copper colour with a couple fingers of dense white head with great retention. Leaves a fair bit of lacing.
Pine, hops, straw, bit of malt.
Grapefruit, pineapple, yeast, granny smith apples, bit of biscuit.
Smooth and thin with moderate carbonation.
Overall: A decent IPA with the typical citrus aromas and grapefruit flavour. This one is a bit bitter and thin for me to really like it but it is quite drinkable.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500ml bottle from the LCBO in Stratford, Ontario. Clear golden amber in colour with a thin dissipating white head, some light patchy lacing. The aroma is grainy, some sweetness, floral with just a bit of orange citrus. The flavor is moderately sweet, some bitterness, orange citrus, light grapefruit, toasted pale malts. Sweet mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes medium length, some bitterness and citrus. Itís just okay to me.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This is one of several beers Iíve tried lately that seem to be better than I remember. Pour is clear gold with a clean white cap that sticks around just as long as a good party guest should. Nose is faint, but pleasant. Bread, apricot, citrusy/floral hops and a bit of pine. Taste is bready malt with a touch of fruity sweetness, with some light lemon/orange. This stuff is surprisingly carbonated, a bit thin, and the finish isnít quite as bitter as Iíd like, but overall itís still better than I remember (I believe they call that damning with faint praise).
