4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Acheté LCBO -Atrium on Bay-Toronto. Golden, Mild malt aroma with fleural tropical fruit arome. Bon gout de fruits sucrés, apricot, mangue, finale hoopy pamplemousse. Je l’ai acheté à cause de la pochette pis du nom...Ils ne marquent pas IPA sur la pochette...Huge surprise, un bel effort pour ces Ontario.

Pours orange amber with a white head that laces the glass. Aroma is citrus and floral hops. Good flavour balance of malts and hops with a decent bitterness. All around good beer.

50 cl can. Pours a cloudy amber with full white head. Aroma of pine, grass and hint of citrus. Taste is bitter and a little like Murphys oil soap smells. Palate has long cleaner type aftertaste. Overall it is okay, but I would choose others before this one.

Slightly hazy appearance with a weak malt aroma but tastes better than that. Could drink another one.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap @ Caper's Belleville. Pours a clear gold with a medium white head. Aromas are fruity malts a bs some pine resin. Tastes are acidic, bitter, and a little phenolic. Moderate carbonation, medium body, long resin finish. Struggled a little with what I perceived as a phenolic taste.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can from LCBO, 6.5%. Near clear copper with a small head. The aroma is, oh my, very strange, floral, even obnoxiously so. Or rather, not floral, cause I don’t mind the smell of flowers, but... well, I don’t have words to describe it. Raspberry? The flavour is similar, but more refrained in that deparment. It’s citric bitter and malty sweet. But there’s no escape from the strangeness so out of place in an IPA. Body and carbonation around medium, palate slightly oily. Overall? Bad. Not sure what it is supposed to be. But it’s not what I’d consider a good beer.

Apparently in St Thomas, this is an IPA. Someone should explain to them that doesn’t stand for Industrial Product Adjunct. Calling it dismal... but I’m sure there’s a better word. Not good

Tapped at a pub I cannot remember the name in Gananoque/Canada. Overall a very good IPA. Golden, copper clear color. White head that was gone very quickly? Aroma of floral hops, bitter fruits. Taste is a good balance of malt and floral hops with a good bitter hops finish. Medium carbonation. Refreshing. Good.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught @ Stout Irish Pub, Toronto. Pours clear golden with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with some malty touches. Sweetish, malty flavour with notes of yeast and bitter, hoppy touches. Rough and estery aftertaste. Okay but nothing really mind-blowing.
