750 ml from LCBO. Pours an amber orange colour with thick off-white head. Aroma is caramel, butterscotch. Taste is same plus mild hops. Decent, but far from the best of its style.

7.5%abv, 750ml bottle. Pours a clear, copper/caramel with a two finger, fluffy, off white head that sticks around. Aroma has moderate notes of floral citrus, pine, resin, and a touch of bready caramel. Taste is bitter. Slightly floral but a bit too bitter with not enough flavour. Hints of resin, pine, and citrus. Medium body and carbonation. Slightly resiny texture. Overall too bitter without other flavours to back it up.

Ambré. Gros collet blanc. Bonne effervescente. Forte amertume. Très florale. Herbacé. Végétale/âcre. Correct.

Bottle, shared with friends at game night. Very hazy orange amber, off white head. Caramel malts with sweet citrus hop character, light tea, modestly bitter finish. Nothing imperial here, but drinkable.

Pours hazy light copper with a small white top. Aroma is grapefruit and pine hops with some cereal malt. Taste is low to moderate hop bitterness which is a little disappointing, grapefruit and pine hops. Light cereal malts. Was expecting a monster beer but got just a pretty good IPA.

750ml bottle in a stem glass. Pours deep amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of floral and slightly piney hops, a lot of caramel and toffee hops, and dough and light notes of alcohol. Flavor the same with a weird maltiness. Average texture. Not great.

750 ml Bottle. Opened with a nice hiss, bit of smoke. Poured coppery amber with a big bubbly head, lots of sticky lacing. Aroma was okay, malty lots of grapefruit and tangerine, pine, but seemed muddled. Taste was caramel malt with fair bit of pine, resin hopping for a good bitterness. Fairly full bodied.

Is this years Double Dead Elephant different from the other previous ones posted on here as I see most posts are from few years ago? And this year it is now 7.5% rather then 6.8%. Well anyways I enjoyed this one, good!!

500 mL bottle. Pours light amber with a thick cap of white head that laces nicely. Butterscotch and toffee malt notes, grapefruit, pine resin, tangerine. British-y seeming malt profile with distinctly East Coast American hopping. Residual sweet caramel malt with a bitter finish, sticky. Moderate plus body with average carbonation. Solidly made but unremarkable. The best from Railway thus far.
