Draught sample- Slightly hazed golden, with a seemingly crazy creamy cap (like half the beer glass). The lacing was nice but was also about 300 mls. Grassy, floral nose has a bit of brown sugar. A beit sweet, but had some noble hop type bitterness and grassiness which I would expect. Overall, ok, not that memorable, but something I could quaff on a hot day with no issues.

En fût au Wellington Gastro Pub. Couleur ambrée, mousse blanche. Malt, un peu d’herbes. À la fin une petite douceur de fruits. Bonne

On tap at c’est what? Murky beige pour, small off white head. Aroma of wet grass, chalk, and some light skunky hops. There is next to no malt here. Mouthfeel is watery, and thin with some low carbonation. Finish is bitter, grassy bitter, more chalk, some wet paper. Good god, this was a mess, and resembled nothing of a marzen.

A hazed golden ale with a super thick creamy and lacing off white head. In aroma, grassy murky malt with herbal hops, chalky notes. In mouth, a nice grassy malt with light butterscotch, a bit sweet, hoeny, light papaya and grass. On tap at C’est What, Oct. 29 2011.

On tap. Roily amber color, weak head. Aroma is fruity and earthy not really what I was expecting in an Oktoberfest beer. This is obviously a fruit infused ale and as such its not bad. No off tastes or rough edges just non discript. I’m patiently waiting for this brewer to "break out" with one truly outstanding beer ,,,,but the wait continues.

On tap at Burger Bar. Pours a cloudy dark orange with good-sized off-white head and some lace. Aroma is toasty caramel malt, grains and light fruit. Flavour is similarly toasty caramel malt, some graininess and a light fruitiness. Only a mild hoppiness - not sure where the name cam from. Decent enough though.

Draught at Burger Bar. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a small diminishing frothy white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity along with some light hops. Flavour of grain, sweet apples and very light hops. Light bitter finish. Average bodied. calling it Hoptoberfest might be a mistake, it’s not hoppy at all, and it’s too sweet for my tastes but it’s fine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
