There is no reason for this beer to exist except to provide a little more variety for your everyday schmo in his list of "light" beers. At least it has a pretty mountain on the can.

Pours a light golden yellow. Aromas of minor hops, corn, grains. Flavor is light, crisp, watery with a little hop and not much else.

Guam SwillFest 2004: Pours a very pale yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. Moderately fruity aroma-grapes with a hint of hops. The flavor is almost nonexistent. Very carbonated and almost tasting like club soda. There just ainít anything in this one.

Baisically it's like Bud Light et al. It really makes me angry that Rainier sold out to Miller and closed the brewery in south Seattle. I used to enjoy the aroma of the brewery, it was the highlight of an otherwise awful commute to work. I donít live in Seattle anymore, but it still bugs me. It used to only be sold in Washington, but I don't think that Miller gives a rat's a$$ about tradition and the beer is making its way across the country now, I suppose.

Rasta Rex brought this with him on his way to Moab. Although it was a Rainier Light its always good to drink a beer with an old friend in your driveway.

Certainly looks like a light. Yea, tastes very light too. Nothing impressive but what would you expect for a generic light beer?
