This producers has a good reputation but this wasn’t particularly impressive. Perhaps there was something wrong with this barrel (if that’s possible). The problem was in the aroma, which was very acetic. Fortunately, that didn’t seem to carry through to the flavour, although there wasn’t much depth to the fruit. Soft mouthfeel. Pale straw colour with an apricot tinge.

Sweet with some acidity (both acetic and otherwise). Despite the vinegar this remained reasonably drinkable. harrisoni (6947), Ashford, Kent, England
