From bottle, The Good Food Show 01-12-07 Wonderful cider that was really rather refreshing, ok so it was maybe a touch on the sweet side, but lovely, appley, fresh and moreish.

Cask (Gallows Bird, Espoo, Real Ale Festival 2006) Sweet, good conversion-cider (converting cider-cows, that is). Nothing stands out as objectionable or particularly excellent.

Comments: Excellently balanced, yeasty, dark and kinda caramelly, just cooked apples. Dries a lot on the tongue and shows lots of alternative fruits. Brilliant.

From barrel @ GBBF 2007, London. Hazy orange green grey color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour, horse stable. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with some sourness and with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

From the barrel - GBBF2007. An olive coloured cider. The apples in the aroma smell like they have just started cooking. The taste has nice apples with tannin. Smooth tasty and well balanced. Nice.
