May 15, 2007 Bag in a box at Reading BF 2007. Pale green gold, no head. Slightly acetone aroma, bit sweet in mouth. Bit too sweet, some pear juice.

Jan 3, 2006 [Barrel at GBBF 2005] An unclear light yellow perry. The aroma is sweet and dominated by pears, while the flavor is sweet yet acidic and ofcourse with strong notes of perries, leading to a dry end. The body is thin.

Nov 30, 2005 From the barrel at GBBF, August 2005. Pale straw colour. Soft and on the sweet side of medium, with lots of fruity pear character. There’s a touch of farmyard funk but this is essentially an easygoing perry, with a smooth and juicy mouthfeel. Delicious and not too challenging.
