Commercial Description: Bubbly and fun drink with deep flavor of apples. Sweetened solely with cane sugar in moderate amount (70 gr/l.) with the object of not covering the balance characteristic flavor and bouquet.
Bottled. Fizzy pale yellow. Citric apple juice aroma. Rather sweet with plenty of green apples, but characterics of yeast or alchol are absent. Very light with some freshening acidity coming through.
