COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This extraordinarily smooth and creamy ale is warm-fermented using the finest Canadian pale malt. It pours to a golden straw colour with a snow-white head that laces beautifully. The aroma is fresh and floral with tones of fruit, malt and earthy hops. This is a sophisticated beer that offers a rich yet, subdued flavour that is crisp but never harsh, with just a hint of bitterness to excite your palate.

This Ale poured a clear light yellow colour with a head that disappeared very quickly. Scents include toast, dough and a very light vinegar/pickle scent. First swig was pretty creamy with flavours of light caramel, cereal and dough. Finish is thick with a little hop flavour lingering. Not very complex but very drinkable.

[6021-20131027] Tap. Mild grassy knoll aroma. Clear, yellow body with a creamy white head. Yeasty grains and grassiness in the flavour. Medium body. Average. (6/3/6/3/13) 3.1

Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs; thanks Ferris). Looks solid; a transparent gold with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells mildly floral with a touch of sweetness from the malt. Tastes like it smells with a clean, lively mouthfeel. A decent easy drinker.

Bottle - Pale malts and some light fruit esters. Clear gold with a decent white head. Pale malts, lightly sweet and a touch of bitterness. Very plain and nondescript.

2013-10-27. Crisp dark yellow body small foamy white head. 3+ Aroma is mild pale malt. 3+ Flavour is mild sweet pale malt. Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Okay, pretty mild overall there is not a lot going on beyond pale malt. On tap at Rhino, Toronto

On tap at The Rhino Autumnfest. Orange coloured. A total drainpour, which is weak for this style in particular.
