Cask, Criterion, Leicester. Dull amber with a thin foam. Aromas are light biscuit and toffee malts with dusty yeast and funky aspects. Autumn fruit with lime coming through. Flavours are, I suspect, tainted lime tartness with grapefruit and hints of slick butter. Woody with hints of berry. Dry and acidic on the finish. Not in the best nick.

Slightly hazy amber. Smells a bit funk - Sun says rambutan and I think that’s reasonable. Fruity-hoppy character, perhaps a bit overripe. Melony finish. Not to my taste, if nothing else.

Cask @ "The Diamond" Weatherspoons pub in Derry. Dark gold with glassy stable head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, with rambutan. Very soft. The flavors are nicer, rounding out with bright herbal hops. Overall nice.

Cask, The Francis Newton, Sheffield, UK. Golden, fruit aroma of nectarine and bing cherries. Sweet, malty with a crisp finish.

Hand pulled at the Wetherspoons under the Central Library, Birmingham. Dark yellow colour I suppose. Flavour is a bit mushy and unspecified. Some hop juice which flies in and out without providing a great deal of relief from the burnt, sugared malt. This is occasionally OK, but often verges on dullness, or perhaps winceability.

Cask-conditioned at the Cask & Kitchen, London 11/1/11. Amber coloured with a decent, off-white head. Malty bitter, with some cereal notes, a touch of fruit and decent bitter finish. Ok.

Poured through a sparkler, so amber with a fine white head. Aroma of sweet juicy malt with hints of pomegranate and maybe peach blossom, chewy body with lots of fruity malt balanced with an astringent bitterness and a biscuity bitter aftertaste. An excellent light bitter.

Draught in The Wine Cellar, Highworth - 24/12/10. Good looking beer but very disappointing taste. Cabbage in the smell and some grass in the taste.
