COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly brewed at 3 Horne

Tap @ Kafe Belgie, medium sample. Slight hazy amber color, medium head. Aroma of grainy oat together with caramelly cookie, soft grassy and citrussy hop. Medium bitter in taste, slight caramelly sweetness. Nicely balanced, refreshing. I guess this one is much better than the first versions of the beer.

Tap at 2014 OBF. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Dry fruit and grain dust aroma. Med body. Flavor is bitter. Something like spelt and bitter fruit hop. Drying and a touch astringent. Gets some citrus and light stone fruit in the finish. But fruit sugar is not in it. Seems to move close to earthy.

Blond hazy light appearance, stable head. Interesting herbal, light, yeast, bready, biscuit. It really works for me, I can dig this. Strong bitterness, rustic. I can see how it doesn’t appeal to anyone. I really like it though. (33cl bottle from trade with Countbeer, many thanks!)

Trekkend mondgevoel.

Countbeer (4728) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAY 24, 2013
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized white foamy head that changes quick into a lacing on top of a murky bright yellow colored beer. Aromas of citrus, pine, yeast, sharp, grains, floral. Flavours of citrus, hops, soap, pine, grapefruit, lemon, malts, herbs, grains, yeast, light spiced and some wheat. Aftertaste is bitter, bit dry, citrus and lemon fruity and grapefruit bitter and some grains/herbs. Medium carbo, spicy yet soft mouthfeel, medium body and a texture between watery and creamy. Not bad but it lacks some in body.

Wow, this is dry. Aroma of grainy oat, bread, citrussy hops. Flavour is grainy and bready, with a nice bitterness in the aftertaste. An above-average hoppy Kuit beer.
