Black body with tanned, small but rocky head. Quite yeasty, Fresh cheese, coffee beans and a good amount of herbal hops. Pleasantly smooth, light alcoholic back. Full of flavour which, although straighforward, has a fine lingering yet fresh bitterness to it. Salty even. Mouthfeel is really good on this porter. Taste-wise it might beed to spicy fruityness. Nice brew, keep em coming! (33cl bottle, 3,25 EUR)

Bottle in Amsterdam. Pours clearish, red-brown with a big, beige head. Dark malt nose, cocoa, hints of earthy and citrusy hops. Light sweet flavor, dark malts, a little dusty, bits of roasted cocoa and coffee beans, dry earthy bitterness. Medium in body with lively carbonation. More medium roast malts in the finish, some moss and leaves. Could be sweeter. Nice beer overall.

330ml bottle (ChrisO’s pre-GBBF2011 "Donkey Dork Lord" shindig)
Pleasant rich roast, both on the nose and in the mouth. Texture quite full. Nicely malty. Good porter. Better than many a UK porter, to be honest. Sessionable, I’m sure, despite 6.4%

Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Amber to dark brown colour with a small beigeish brown coloured head. Aroma is fruits, some ashes, toffee, spices and mild notes of caramel. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild yeastyness.

Almost black in colour. Thin lacy head. Quite a thin texture. Most of the flavour comes through in the finish. Lots of bittersweet malt. Hints of bitter coffee.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Black coloured brew with an good roasty malts taste, and there is also some coffee/dark chocolate taste. On label they mentioned an ingredient called Irish Moss, and what is that exactly?
