Bottled (thanks Kim N!). Very deep brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee, some grass, chocolate and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, mild toffee, some juniper berries and mild vanillaish and wooden notes. Hides the alcohol rather well.

Great stout. Spicy, malty, decent. Coffee, chocolate, liquorice, cinnamom, gale. Bittersweet.

Draft. Dark brown colour write a creamy, tanned head. Aroma has coffee, liquorice and roasted malts. Flavour has some hoppy bitter flavours as well as some malty sweety flavours. Pretty decent brew

Has a full on bitter roasted malt taste. Quite a thick texture. The dryness of the hop comes through at the end.

Bottle from Cafe de la Gare. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is roasted, light dark fruit and hops. Flavour of chocolate, light coffee, medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

33cl bottle @ home shared with Thompson and Dutchdrebus. Opaque dark brown color, small beige to light brown head. Smell malts, roasty, some coffee and dark chocolate. Taste malts, clearly hops coming through, roastyness, some chocolate. Medium body, medium carbo.

Nice medium to dark brown color. Smell roasted and burned malts. Taste a mixture of sweetness and bitterness. Very nice stout.

No real head but beige leftovers are there. dark colour. Light carbo. good taste somewhat like wood or weak coffee clear hop taste. pretty good. drank at the benzai castle.

Bottle thx to benzai. Black with some redness shining through, nice off-white head. Smells roasty, smoked.. Tastes dark chocolate, roasty. Full body, good carbo.

Dark amber, not opague colour. Creamy head. Smells hops, chocolate and vanilla. Tastes deep choco/vanilla, hoppy and fruity. Full body, long aftertaste and a perfect carbo mouthfeel.

Great beer Ramses. Great pineapple aroma, fizzy alcohol and a nice syruppy finish with licorice and red fruit. Bottle from Van Erp in Groningen.
