COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A stout from Ramses bier brewed at the 3 Horne brewery. Brewed with biological coffee, vanilla, hopflowers, bog myrtle, juniper berry.

@home ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 ml bottle. Pours an orangeish dark brown with a thick, resilient beige head. Aroma is smokey, roasty, peaty. Flavor is chocolate, coffee, roast, smokey, meaty, salty. Finish is alcohol, hoppy, bitter coffee, very earthy, somewhat herbal. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, average to strong carbonation.

Bottle from a trade with bierkoning, huge thanx!
Pours deep black with flat creamy head. Smell has lots of coffee, roasted malts and chocolate. Starts with sweet chocolate notes, paired with some milk sugar and vanilla. Middle part has coffee, milk sugar, vanilla and lots of sweet chocolate. Goes into a sweet chocolatey finish with much lactose, coffee and some roasted malts. Outstanding Stout!!!

Bottle. A gusher, almost clear though, topped by a dense, light beige head leaving some lacings. Dark brown in color. Roasted malts, lots of chocolate, some dried fruits and a faint yeast note on the nose. The flavor has vanilla and coffee blending in with the roasted malts and chocolate known from the aroma. Full body and a nice carbonation level. Lasting finish. A decent beer, but a tad boring I think. Lacks depth. 140530

Very dark brown with huge light beige head. Sour berries, some weird musty taste like old spice mix, rye, cola, light nuts, light citrus and pine. Some grains and a hint of coffee. Sour with bitter finish. Medium bodied, way too much carbonation. This is kind of weird, quite interesting though but the carbonation doesn’t help.
