COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(Ramses Bier Zuiglam) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV 6% Deep orange coloured body, mostly clear, with a small and thin white head on top, with low retention. Sweet malty aroma with sugars and faint fruity notes of apricot. Taste is nicely bitter though with floral notes, hops, grass, orange, pine needles, citrus. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Good.

CQFD.

Lightly hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and mildly crisp. Mildly tangy malts, really not that sweet. Bitterish pith. Light dry finish. Bitter linger. Dry and bitter, not very palatable.
