Drought. Tasted as Sam’s Serious Pilsner at Waterfront Ale House, NY. Rich yellow color with very small whitish foamy head, no discernible aroma, sour doughy taste, fizzy with an abrupt finish. This was a poor example of a Pilsner.

HoppityHop (170) - New Jersey, USA - APR 29, 2011
Pours very pale yellow, a bit cloudy with a bright white head. Aroma and flavor profile lean towards tons of noble hops, yet balanced by a slightly bready malt backbone. This beer is very balanced and the alcohol is extremely well hidden. Great rendition of the style.
