Recreation of an authentic German Oktoberfest beer from the early 1900s. This amber lager has a rich malty aroma, a smooth toasty palate, and subtle noble hop finish. The richness and spiciness of this beer make it the perfect accompaniment to robust meats and grilled fare. Oktoberfest is a great beer for any festive occasion.

Lighter version of O'fest. Dark golden color. Nutty malty flavor. A little hop in the background. Very nice lager characteristics. Easily quaffable.

Caramel, walnut malt (M); dry, earthy hops (L); a little toffee in the aroma. Light orange body. Moderately sweet flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: a little nutty for my personal tastes, but well made.

Draft. Pours amber/ruby with little head. Nose and taste are both very fruity, dominated by grape. Medium mouthfeel with a very light carb. Tastes pretty good but needs something to cut the sweetness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smells clean, apples, caramel, mild hops, nuts. Nice small creamy head, toasty smelling. Good sweet slightly cloudy proteins, yummy biscuits, more caramel and pecans. Dry finish, not at bitter, very balanced. Fun!

Copper. Frothy tan head. Light carbonation. Healthy German aroma, mainly malty. Very rich tasting with lots of dry toasted caramel and hints of nut skins. Lightly hoppy. Kind of an Oktoberfest light. Soon to be bottled.

A dark yellow beer, nice taste with a good little bite to it. Went down real smooth and felt good in my mouth. Was slightly bitter as I was midway through my tasting. Overall I like and could drink again.

On tap at the brewery. Special unfiltered version. Then on tap at local outback filtered version. Brewer said both came from same beer batch only difference was one was filtered one wasn't. The unfiltered version had more personality. Slight Carmel amber middle of road drinkable lager. Clean smooth flavors but absolutely no bite. Ramsteind doesn't like hops to much and all their beer shows. I prefer their higher abv beers ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
