COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled at Kitchen 6, Roma, Mexico City. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity nose with some butter. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Mild and edgesless with some buttersciotch. Low bitterness.

El diablito, as I call this. Its a malty spicy floral lager, salty with good head, ohhh lagers as so low in the world of ales but give it a shot in a nice hot summer day.

INteresting, not bad but not special. IT was a nice attempt of a lager from a microbrewery. It tastes creamy and soft too.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2012 A clear golden beer, white head that leaves lacings. Mild caramel and bits of malts in aroma. Medium sweet taste, only hints of bitterness, finish is bitter-sweet. Becomes more tasty as it warms up, but not a very interesting beer, probably won’t buy this again.
