Amerikansk inspireret Brown Ale med nogen malt sødme og en god portion amerikansk humle. Let drikkelig og perfekt til mad eller bare tilbagelænet nydelse.

Again a boring beer from the brewery. Are they afraid to use hops??? This is just a brown ale, not an american brown ale.

Bottle. It’s a slightly hazy one, brown in color and with a quite small off-white head on top. A bit weak on the aroma maybe, but with pleasant chocolate and coffee, and piney, citrus-peel hops. Some faint notes of alcohol too. It’s dry in the mouth, full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. The flavor has some chocolate and coffee, but the bitterness is the most evident flavor. Bitter finish with both hoppy bitterness and roasted bitterness. A quite nice beer, but I think I’d prefer it with some food instead of drinking it just to drink. 101023

50 cl bottle at cottage in Lalandia, Billund. Clear deep brown color, nice beige head. Aroma is caramel, roasted and chocolate malt and hints of hops. Flavor is fine sweetnes from caramel malt and ok bitterness. Good beer, but you would expect more from a 6% american brown ale.
