COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

8/10 i mörkhet, Humlig i lukten. Väldigt besk men ändå lite söt och syrlig i smaken. Kraftig besk eftersmak.

@CBF. Pours beautiful deep amber with a small beige head leaving lacing. Aroma is caramel, fidges, raisins, BW caracter, malty and sweet. Excellent. Flavor is like the aroma with good peppery and pungeant bite. Finishes sweet frutiy and bitter tart. One of the best beers I tasted at the CBF.

Draught at the Danish Beer Festival 2011. Clear copper. Strong perfumy hop aroma, with clear notes of alcohol. Medium bodied and smooth. Medium to high bitterness.

(on bottle) Very strong nose of hops, very strong in deed; like cutting open a vacuum bag of hops and snorting all of it. The high alcohol content is not balanced out with anything but a small malty.....no, it´s not balanced. Finish is quite burning and flat. This was on of the last bottles the berewer had, still; he offered it; I rated it.

Bottle. Medium high white lasting head. Dark hazy amber body. Very hoppy aroma and flavor where the bitterness is overwhelming and too much of a good thing in combination with the high alcohol level that is also too domentnt. Low carbonation. Long bitter aftertaste.

(Bottle 16/2-2011) No balance and very bitter. Taste like homebrewing where brew mistakes are covered by hops.

10 cl. sample from bottle at DØE tasting - 10 best new danish beers 2010. Amber colour with a long lasting beige head. Hoppy aroma with citrus, grapefruits and some burned malts. Taste is bitter but still with some fruits. A very complex beer, with a long lasting finish. Nice.

Clear dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty and very hoppy - grapefruit and citrus. Flavor is rather sweet and very bitter. Dry and bitter finish. 280810. I also had this on 160211, where it had lost a lot of the hoppy aroma. My rating is based on my first try.

Bottle at DØE tasting. Hazy orange. Aroma heavy hoppy (piney). Areoma light to moderate sweet, heavy hoppy and spicy (dry hopped). Medium to full body. To extreme for me, quite one dimensional.
