Danish: Klassisk tysk Schwarzbier. Sort som kul.
I denne udgave med noget mere malt aroma og bitterhed fra de ristede malte end normalt.
Brygget på Münchnermalt, CaraMünich, Chocolate Wheat Malt, Carafa Special og lidt ristet byg.
Som humle har vi udelukkende brugt tysk Hallertauer Hersbrucker.
Fremragende til klassisk dansk mad.

Dark brown colour, beige head mostly diminishing. Burnt aroma, dark. Perhaps a bit off, acidic notes. FLavor is mainly sweet. Lively carbonation.

Draught at EBF. Dark brown colour with a medium head. A roasty brew with some tobacco and malts. Average schwarzbier.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Pitch black color. The aromas of chocolate, licorice, nuts yeast and dark fruits. Licorice, chocolate, charcoal in the flavor with some yeasty bitterness in finish. Highly carbonated, too fizzy. Aroma is better, the flavor is too yeasty.
