I denne udgave med noget mere malt aroma og bitterhed fra de ristede malte end normalt.
Brygget på Münchnermalt, CaraMünich, Chocolate Wheat Malt, Carafa Special og lidt ristet byg.
Som humle har vi udelukkende brugt tysk Hallertauer Hersbrucker.
Fremragende til klassisk dansk mad.

Pours very dark brown - almost black. Good, creamy beige head. Aroma is roasted, some liqourice tartness and wonderful chocolate. Fine, light and quite creamy mouthfeel. Lovely chocolate flavour, nuttiness and roasted malts. Low sweetness. Really quite drinkable.

Aroma is very licorice. Small, frothy head. Moderate bitter flavor with notes of coffee and licorice. Medium palate.

Bottle 500 ml from bursprak, thanks Erik! Into a snifter, ABV 5.5% Pours a black beer with one finger of brown head. Average retention, light lacing left on the glass. Aroma of chocolate, some red fruits too, red wine notes in there. Taste of chocolate, toasted malts, red grapes and fruits. Mildly bitter on the finish and on the aftertaste, with quite long duration. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Nice dryness on the palate. Overall good schwarzbier, with a fruity twist.

From tap as Randers Sort. Pours dark brown to black with a lacing tan head. Aroma is roasted malt with a light annis seed note. Light acidic roasted malt, annis seed and mild spiced. Roasted and annis seed flavoured and mild spiced finish. Nice one.

Draught at EBF08 as Randers Sort. Faint creamy aroma. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Good creamy light brown head. The flavour starts off a little vinous, turns quite roasted. Good creamy flavour and mouthfeel.

Bottle 50 cl. Black pour with a nice brown head. Aroma is very nice and roasted, clear chocolate notes, sweet liquorice, rather roasted, notes of burnt caramel and Danish rye bread. Taste is roasted, notes of chocolate and coffee, burnt caramel. The palate is round and balanced, the body is light and refreshing. Definitely one of the best schwarzbiers i’ve had.

At EBF 2008.Almost black colour with medium creamy brown head.Aroma is rosted and malty has some caramel note and is well balanced one of the better Danish Schwarzbiers.
