4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a deep brown with an off aggressive but short lived tan head. Nice lacing. The nose is roasted malt with a hint of strawberry. The taste is dark roasted malt with a pleasing hint of strawberry. I was expecting an over the top strawberry taste but was pleasantly surprised. The mouthfeel was full and smooooooth. Would buy and drink again!

On tap at Texas Beerfest. Pours a dark brown with small beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is roasted malt and strawberry notes. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet malt and light roast with subtle strawberry flavor. Easy to drink an impressive stout from Ranger Creek.

1st sampled at Flying Saucer on the Lake Beerfest, but I was so toasted that I forgot to rate this brew. I remember it being bad ass, so this has been on my must try radar for a while. Along came Fort Worth Untapped. Poured a dark brown color with a thin tan top. Taste of strawberry, chocolate milk, roasted and toasted malts, smooth finish. Nice carbonation, well balanced!

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours black in color with a tan head. Aroma is delicate; some roast malt and some straberry sweetness. Starts with a bit of stout roastiness then quickly turns sweet and straberry and some roast again in the finish. Flavorful and refreshing, the flavors really come together.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Wow, I was really skeptical about this. It turned out to be quite the pleasant surprise. Black with a big tan head and plenty of lacing. Aroma of roast, coffee, chocolate, and a very minute bit of strawberry. Thereís more strawberry in the taste, but itís mild, and fits into the flavor profile beautifully. Just a bit of sweet and tangy flavor, mostly at the back of the palate. Medium bodied. Nice.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
For once, subtlety works for me. The name invokes images of Nestle Strawberry Quik but this is something else entirely. Instead itís a rich, creamy, malty stout with perfect hints of strawberry sneaking in here and there.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught. Nose of chocolate malt with some coffee notes and a bit of strawberry if you try hard enough. Black with a firm brown head. Sweet, light acidity, and as expected it brings notes of chocolate covered strawberries. Finishes roasty. Creamy texture. Subdued fruit from the use of fresh berries, but it works. Odd, but enjoyable.

Near black pour with a nice brown head. Aroma is strawberry with some roast and chocolate. Taste is strawberry, chocolate, some coffee and roast. Slight bitterness to go along with the sweetness. Works well.
