On draft at the brewery, poured a light golden color with aromas of fruit esters, light spice, some banana, and a touch of earth. Flavors are the same, light fruity aftertaste.

From the growler at Cajun Cafe Fall Fest 2012. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is Belgian yeast, some sweet malt, some booze, and some banana. Flavor follows with some body and some booze to it for sure. Medium in body and a bruiser at this alcohol content.

Sampled from a growler at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a hazy orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light Belgian spice with some sweet grain and backing vegetable and light fruit. Flavor has more light fruit and sweet grain up front with a backing Belgian yeast note.
